Each purchaser is allowed a property inspection. The purchaser is responsible for arranging the inspection prior to their bid. You may do your inspection, and you do not have to pay the auctioneer a fee to set up the inspection. However, you must inspect the property prior to bidding or you may bid without an inspection. Just remember. . . you are buying the property in as-is condition.
