Introduction…
My name is Myers Jackson and I am the Auctioneer, CAI, AARE, CES, e-PRO and leader in the real estate auction industry. I was first licensed in 1997 in Florida and got my Brokers license in 1998. Went to Auction School in 2000 and have been a full time Auctioneer since 2004 and now I am licensed in 14 states: I have Sold Real Estate, Equipment, Personal Property, Estate and Fundraising events. I also teach a 2 day course “ Building Your Business With Technology” and have presented at the Realtors Land Institute, National Auctioneers Association and State Leadership Events.
I now have a starring role in the newest hit reality TV show “Texas Flip and Move” as the Auctioneer. Being a Practicing Photographer attending multi-cultural events, traveling, visiting, having good times, and then sharing those experiences back through Social Media and Marketing integrating expressions through my eyes as well as others. I joined the National Auctioneers Association to expand my network, business relations and friendships and now I am expanding with the National Association of REALTORS.
It is a pleasure to meet each one of you. I am the Past Chairman of the Board for the Georgia Auctioneers Association. President of the Florida Auctioneers Association. Member of the National Auctioneers Association. Past Member of the Education Committee for the Realtors Land Institute. Online Auction Advocate and Live Preforming Auctioneer (fundraisers, charity events, reality tv and a few other places) .

Education. Avert a Bullzaster…I feel an important way to connect is through education. I would like to learn to be a better REALTOR and I feel that this group can help me be just that. I would like to engage in the conferences, meetings and seminars to learn more, list more and sell more. I have had great results networking with other Auctioneers and REALTORS in the past and I would like to expand this opportunity at Auction School. Collaboration…Team work accomplishes so much. At the end of our conversation, could there be great opportunities to further explore possibilities in building networks between professions? Are there current situations that may warrant additional time to examine the details, estate matters, legal proceedings or a sellers looking for the best market price? The path to success is a better understanding of all that is involved, the cooperative agreement between professionals, the seller’s needs, motivation, timelines and discovery of a well-qualified buyer.

My Personal Mission: Learn to love and learn to be loved. Be nice, smile, and don’t cuss. Strive to teach others what I know, be respectful and allow others to teach me what they know.
